He can be found near ready supermart in Ashok Nagar, there is a group of flower sellers there who claim to be his owners but they never feed him, nor did they get him vaccinated, he's perpetually hungry and I feel sad for him, he's energetic and playful and needs a loving home, anyone who wants to adopt him must pick him up at night from ready supermart so that the flower sellers don't get into any altercation with them.
